Individual Therapy - Child and Adolescent
Developmentally appropriate support for children and adolescents to help them better understand their feelings and cope with challenges. For younger children this often also involves the inclusion of caregivers in sessions to improve child/caregiver relationships.
Fee: $180/hr (A rebate may apply with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or Private Health Insurance)

Supportive psychological intervention for adults struggling with life’s challenges. Sessions involve developing a deeper understanding of difficulties and working to develop skills and strategies to live a meaningful life.

Victims Services
Fully funded access to counselling for victims of violent crime in NSW. Victims Services, within the Department of Communities and Justice, provides this service to help people recover from the psychological and emotional impacts of a crime. Jayde is a Victims Services Approved Counsellor.

NDIS
Psychological therapy for children and adults who have an NDIS Support Package (Self or Plan managed only). This support is individualised, but can involve emotion regulation skills development, social skills development and facilitation of self-knowledge, to improve functioning and wellbeing.
